HYATT PLACE HOTEL , Riverside, California
A 135 room new build Hyatt Place Hotel in downtown Riverside, California. The project was part of negotiated Development and Disposition Agreement with City of Riverside.
The hotel construction was completed with bond financing through City of Riverside's Recovery Zone Act in 2010, after the Southern California economic crash.

A 5-acre, assembled site, rezoned and entitled for development of a mixed-use centre including a 128 room hotel, fast food and restaurant pads, and 10,000 square feet of inline retail and office building.

A 4-acre mixed-use urban village on 3 city blocks in the Redevelopment District of downtown Riverside. MetroPacific was chosen by the City of Riverside's Redevelopment Agency as the exclusive developer through an intense, competitive proposal process. The project consists of mixed-use residential, hotel, and retail components. The development was designed to integrate with the historic Mission Inn and Fox Theater and give the downtown its unique identity.

Project Description: New mixed-use project entitled for 420,000 square foot, eight story high-rise building occupying a full downtown block in the redevelopment district of Oceanside, California.
